Anna Ustinova is a Russian mountain bike orienteer.

At the 2006 World MTB Orienteering Championships in Joensuu she won a gold medal in the relay, together with Ksenia Chernykh and Nadia Mikriukova.

Masakatsu Agatsu


Masakatsu Agatsu (Kanji: 正勝吾勝 Hiragana: まさかつあがつ lit. "true victory (is) self victory") is a 4 character compound expressing a concept in Japanese martial arts, particularly aikido, referring to the true victory of self-mastery. It was a common saying of aikido founder Morihei Ueshiba which emphasizes that aikido is not a competitive martial art like judo or taekwondo.

Chu Van An


An Chu Van An (1292–1370, born Chu An) was a confunicanist, teacher, physician and high-ranking mandarin of the Tran Dynasty. Chu Van An was born in Van Thon village, Quang Liet commune, district Thanh Tri (present day Thanh Tri district, Hanoi). In the early life, he was famous as a straightforward man who passed the doctoral examination (Thai Hoc Sinh) but refused to become a mandarin. Instead, An opened a school and began his career as a Confucian teacher in Huynh Cung village in district Thanh Tri. An teaching played an important role in spreading Confucianism into a Buddhist Vietnam in this time. Under the reign of Tran Minh Tong (1314–1329), An became a teacher at the Quoc Tu Giam where he was responsible for teaching the crown prince Vuong (future emeperor Tran Hien Tong). Under the reign of emperor Tran Du Tong, An become a high-ranking mandarin.
