Gauge Change Train
The Gauge Change Train is a version of Variable Gauge Axles fitted to a railway train in Japan. Its development started around 1994.
Overview
The main purpose of the Gauge Change Train is to allow interrunning between the stardard gauge Shinkansen network, and the narrow gauge provincial network.
