Huang Yongsheng

Huang Huang Yongsheng's grave, at the Underground Project 131 site Huang Yangsheng ( Chinese: 黄永胜; 1910-1983) was a general of the People's Republic of China.
Huang Yangsheng was born in Hubei province.

In 1969, he was put in charge of building the tunnel system to house the PLA comman headquarters in case of nuclear war, known as Underground Project 131. His grave is located on the project site, which is now a museum.
