Joel Wyner is an American born-Canadian actor,producer,writer and director. He is well known for his role in various Canadian and US shows and films. He is best known for playing Billy K.(William Kramer) in Catwalk, Cory Robbins in Pacific Palisades and Lyle Springer in Siren. As well as creating the TV show Keen Eddie

Biography

Joel Wyner was born January 5, 1967 in Oakland, California, but grew up in Montreal, Quebec.He left for Toronto to pursue an acting career and later attended the American Academy of Dramatic Art in Los Angeles, California.He now has established a career both in front of and behind the camera.

Career

His first acting role was a guest spot in Street Legal as Michael Jones. He then made his first movie role in Prom Night IV:Deliver Us from Evil in 1992 with actrees Nicole de Boer who he would later star with in Catwalk. He made several guest appearances IN Kung-Fu The Legend Continues, Lonesome Dove: The Outlaw Years and Counterstrike. He also made a guest appearance in Highlander :The Seriesas Immortal Gregor Powers a hardened cynical man who did not care about life.

Wyner is well known for his portrayal of Lyle Springer in the cop show Sirens.

In addition to acting, he also writes movies and shows. He wrote the script for the movie The Mexican staring Brad Pitt and Julia Roberts. He aslo wwas a writer and Executive Producer of the sci-fi series Fringe.
