Eric "Nealante'" Phillips born December 24, 1975 is an American songwriter and music producer best known for his work on Rihanna and Jay-Z's single " Umbrella", which became a 1 hit on charts in Australia, Brazil, Croatia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Germany, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, United World Chart.

He's also known for his work with Blu Cantrell, for whom he produced much of the songs from her first two albums and who is signed to his label, RedZone Entertainment. He also worked on BlackGirl's gold selling debut album Treat U Right.

He has been producing records since the age of 16. Ushered into the music industry by his older brothers, R&B music producer Laney Stewart, and manager Mark E. Stewart, Tricky has amassed chart topping hits in the pop, rap, and R&B genres. His hits include Mýa's "Case of the Ex", B2K's "Uh Huh" and Britney Spears' "Me Against the Music" with Madonna.

In 2007, he produced the song "Skies of L.A." for Celine Dion's album Taking Chances. He often works with The-Dream.

In 2008, He has a track or so on Janet Jackson's new album Discipline that is due out February 26, 2008

He recently received two Grammy nominations for Record of the Year and Song of the Year for Rihanna's Umbrella.

He recently produced Mary J. Blige's latest single 'Just Fine' off her eagerly anticipated new album 'Growing Pains'. He also contributed 3 other songs to the album, 'Shake Down (Feat. Usher)', 'Roses' and 'Come to Me (Peace).

Stewart has produced two songs from Usher's new album, Here I Stand, "Moving Mountains" and "Trading Places".
