Controversy
The attack was carried out by the Bosnian Territorial Defense forces. According to Serb sources between 92http://www.kurir-info.co.yu/aktuelne-vesti/svedoci-detaljno-opisali-napad-na-kolonu-jna-u-tuzli and 212 members of the JNA were killed, and 140 were taken prisoner. There is still no court validation about the event and casualties. The Serbian court arrested Ilija Jurišić, pro-Bosnian Croat from Tuzla suspecting him of war crimes on soldiers in the column.
