Panagis Vourloumis

He studied law at the University of Athens and worked in Marseilles in France as a member of an office of a winery. He ran in Patras a in 1893. He was elected a politician of the Liberal Party of the Achaia-Ilia Prefecture in the second parliament in 1910. He became a visual minister from 1918 until 1920 and the Greek Ministry of Economy from 1928 until 1932, as an economic minister, he ran the Autonomous Tourism Organization in 1929, the Employee Hearth, the Carpetmaking Organization, the Sivitanideio School, he reorganized the Hellenic Statistic Bureau and made the bill for running the Greek pension. He remain during the the elections in 1933 and after the death of Eleftherios Venizelos, he left from politics. He later ran as president of Panachaiki..

Kjelsberg was born in Svelvik, Vestfold. Her father was Norwegian, while her mother was from Scotland. The family eventually moved to Drammen, where she started her examen artium, which she never finished. Kjelsberg is the great-grandmother of Siv Jensen, the leader of the Norwegian Progress Party.
In 1883, she founded the discussion group Skuld. Kjelsberg created the organizations Kvinnelig Handelsstands forening (1894), Drammen Kvinnesaksforening (1896), with its own housewife school, Drammens Sanitetsforening (1899), and Drammen Kvinneråd (1903). She was a co-founder of the Norwegian women's rights association, Norsk Kvinnesaksforening (1884), Kvindestemmeretsforeningen (1885), which worked for giving women the right to vote, and was a member, and, at a point, the leader of the Norwegian National Women's Council, Norske Kvinners Nasjonalråd (1904). From 1926, she was the vice-president of the International Council of Women.
