He played with the Richmond and Fremantle Football Clubs in the AFL between 1993 and 2001, was senior coachof the Claremont Football Club in the WAFL from 2004 to 2007 and is currently an assistant coach for the Essendon Football Club in the AFL. Prescott made his debut in 1993 for Richmond, being recruited from Mount Waverley. He struggled to cement a place in the side, only playing 12 games in his first two seasons, but in 1995 he found his spot in the side as a midfield tagger, playing 21 games. He then played every game of the 1996 season until he broke his collarbone in round 16, which sidelined him for the remainder of the year. After returning to the Richmond side in round 3 of the 1997 he played in 41 of Richmonds next 42 games, but at the end of the 1998 season he did not renew his contract and entered the pre-season draft.

Felipe Harboe Bascuñán Felipe Harboe Bascuñán (born Eindhoven, Holland, July 20, 1972) is a Chilean politician for the Party for Democracy (Concert of Parties for Democracy). He is the current Undersecretary of the Interior of Chile and Minister of the Interior suplente (substitute).

Early years

Harboe studied law at and received his law degree from the Universidad Central. During the government of Ricardo Lagos, Harboe served on the city council, in the Ministry of the Secretary-General of the Presidency of Chile, and in the Ministry of the Interior of Chile as undersecretary of the Carabineros de Chile. He was named the Undersecretary of the Interior on January 30, 2006 by Ricardo Lagos, and was reaffirmed for that position by Michelle Bachelet when she took office. As Undersecretary, Harboe had to take the oath of office of the new ministers during the change in administrations on March 11, 2006.

Kenneth Tse is an American-Chinese classical saxophonist. Tse was mainly self-taught as a youth until he met world-renowned saxophone artist and pedagogue Eugene Rousseau in 1989. He then studied at the Indiana University School of Music with Rousseau from 1993-1998, where he received his BM, MM, and the first Artist Diploma awarded to a saxophonist. Rousseau has called him “a brilliant saxophonist, worthy of any stage in the world”. Tse earned a doctorate degree at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. His teacher there was Debra Richtmeyer.
