}} Why Wait is Kristy Lee Cook's sophomore album that is to be released September 16, 2008 which is two weeks ahead of its original date September 30, 2008. The whole album is being produced by Brett James one of the co-writers of Carrie Underwood's smash hit single Jesus Take The Wheel. Underwood also co-wrote a song for the album titled "Not Tonight". Also the album includes a cover of Lee Greenwood's hit "God Bless The USA" which Kristy preformed on American Idol. Kristy finished recording early in August and had a photo shoot at Mount Hood,Oregon.

Track Listings

So far there are three comfirmed tracks and those tracks are the first single " 15 Minutes of Shame", the song "Not Tonight", and a cover of Lee Greenwood's hit "God Bless The USA" which Kristy performed on American Idol. There will be ten tracks on the album.
