This album also has a diss to rapper "MC Dov" which Alex and Devil disses on the track "Get You Back" and the track "You Think You Know". Billy is also back in this album , he was last on Alex Gilbert's album first album "Under all evils" that was made in 2006. This album has a few songs from the "Outbreak of an MC EP" and were added to this album to make the album full. This album was also recorded somewhere else and with a updated microphone. This album has taken longer because of the Labels involved with the album and the main producers "VanDam and Young Slanteyez" being busy. The Album also has a prank calls from a guy called Lee who is really Bill on track 6. The Track "Waiting" is about people being so cinical to him and how people treat him. There is also a special edition disc two.
