Star Luster

Sutā Rasutā is a video game developed and published by Namco in 1985 only in Japan. It is an arcade-style combat-dedicated, sci-fi flight simulator that was first released for the Famicom. Later, Nintendo adapted the title for play in the arcade as part of their Vs. Arcade system, calling it Vs. Star Luster. An enhanced version of it was later ported to the Sharp X68000. In 1998, the game was also included on a compilation made for the Sony PlayStation known as Namco Anthology 1 where, like all of the Famicom games presented on the disc, an enhanced arrange mode was provided along side the unaltered original game. The NES version was later included in the Japanese version of Nintendo's Star Fox Assault, and was ported to the Wii's Virtual Console on March 4, 2008.

Plot

The players take the role of starfleet cadets. The cadets are asked to participate in a U.S.S enterprise simulation. Takeing the place of captain Jean-Luc Picard, they must embark on a series of mission-based goals and preform many tasks (in the form of mini-games) such as diverting power to sheilds, Transporter Systems, Navigation, Tactical, and more.

Castle of Deceit is a sidescrolling game for the NES where the player takes control of a wizard trapped in the titular castle with only one spell to defend himself. The game was often considered frustrating for its length and lack of a save or password system.
